At our new building’s annual meeting tonight, we were informed by an elderly neighbor that everyone should shit with their bathroom doors opened due to poor ventilation.
I clearly have two choices:
1. Die of asphyxiation on my own toilet sometime in the next few years, or…
2. My wife is going to have to learn to deal with a certain measure of unpleasantness.

We got to our new apartment tonight to do some work and discovered that the seller dumped Crazy Glue into all of the phone jacks on his way out, so they’re unusable. There were about 12 of them.
Of course, this is 2012, and nobody uses actual copper landlines. We came here specifically to rip all of the phone switch boxes out.
