Anheuser-Busch to buy Goose Island for $38.8... →
ohhleary: thedept: ohhleary: Brewmaster Greg Hall to step down. I’m wondering how that ties into this, from 2006: http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2006/05/19/busch-buys-rolling-rock-beer-brand-from-inbev/ I’m assuming that deal for a 35% stake in Goose Island never happened. I’ve got to imagine that they’ve been on AB’s wish/target list ever since. Actually, it did go through - A-B has had...

– Say what you will about the quality of the video & song, but at least they’re cashing in on their fifteen minutes themselves. Also, I can’t wait to see the inevitable copycats (I’m sure they’re already out there, I just can’t be bothered to search) who are going to...

I started soaking the beans around 1pm today, using a quick soak method (boil for ~2 minutes, then pull off the heat and let soak, covered, for 2 hours) instead of the 4 hour “slow...

And yes, the iTunes deluxe version has one more song than the Amazon version, but I didn’t think one song was worth over $3. Especially when...
