This sounds interesting, I’m going to keep my eyes open for it. The last Brewmaster’s Reserve beer I saw was also pretty fantastic, the Manhattan Project: a beer designed to taste like a Manhattan, thereby sating my love of both beer and bourbon.

A few years ago, my friend Jason & I decided that as part of a “we’re not fucking getting old!” type exercise, we’d make sure to go to at least one show every month. Salt in NYC
Salt-use regulation by NYC was speculated upon for months, and now in light of the stories emerging yesterday and today about how the city is going to try to limit salt use (via pressure & marketing, as opposed to the usual legislation), I was reminded of this NYT article I read a few months ago about the Mayor’s eating habits and dug it up.
